I really like this shop...the only complaint I have is the last 2 times the new employees working couldn't find me in the system when I have been going here over a year. I didn't get my points the first time but I was happy they gave me 10% off my order since I was spending quite a bit. The second time I told them please put me back in the system...so we will see what happens next time🤔 Other than that I enjoy the products

I frequent this location and their staff is very knowledgeable. However, their warranty/return policy sucks for the cost of the products they provide and they charge money to test the oils before you buy(this might be a regulation thing and is not factored into my rating, just seems unnecessary imo rather than adding to purchase).

I work in the area and every time I go in I get great service and great suggestions for new flavors. They have a wide variety of different brands and great prices. the GM helped me out on getting some vape fluid today. he had great input and I left happy!!!

The level of experience, knowledge and helpfulness in this shop is off the charts! Any question you have, they can answer. Working on a new setup? Odds are they have the part you need and can teach you how to use it best. Their juice selection is top notch to boot. Plenty of low, middle, and high quality juices in all kinds of flavors to fit any budget or palette. Can't go wrong here. Now I just need to wait for the Vanillas to be back in stock!

This store has always been my favorite vape shop. They always answered all my questions, made sure I knew what I needed to know, and helped me in any way they could. The atmosphere was welcoming and light-hearted. I haven't been vaping recently, but decided to get a new mod and tank today. When I went in, the store was not what I had experienced previously. The employee was not helpful in any way. I had several questions which just seemed to bore him. He didn't even try to assist me or answer any of them. Somehow, trying to put my old mod back together, I burned my hand and that just seemed to irritate him. He didn't even ask if I was okay. I hate to say it, but this store let me down. As I was leaving another employee came out, he seemed happy to be there and enthusiastic. I feel if he had helped me from the beginning, I would not have a bad thing to say.

Update: Now that points expire in 30 days, not only are you penalizing those who stock up, you have removed 1 of 2 reasons why I shop here. I just paid $10 more than expecting, and after all these years, I'm finding a new vape store. Little things matter or you are just like everyone else! Disappointing. Friendly & helpful staff. My favorite vapor store in the city!
